חשבונות בכתב ערבי (3 שורות) וספרות יווניות/קופטיות (עשרות שורות). בחלק הכתוב ערבית יש בסמלה ואחריה כנראה השם אל-שיח' אבו זכרי (אדאמה אללה עִזַּהו). הרווחים הפנויים מולאו בפיוטים (יוצרות).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Accounts in Arabic script (3 lines) and Greek/Coptic numerals (dozens of lines). In the Arabic script section, there is a basmala and then perhaps the name al-shaykh Abū Zikrī (adāma Allāh ʿizzahū). The blank spaces have been filled with piyyutim (yoṣerot).
