הסכם קראי למתן גט במקרה שהבעל ייעדר למעלה משנה. המסמך אינו נושא תאריך, ואפשר שהסיבה לכך היא שנגזר מקטע גדול יותר של נייר שכלל רשומות מתוארכות. לאורך השוליים העליונים נראה מעט טקסט קטוע, מה שמעלה גם את האפשרות שהנייר עבר מיחזור. הבעל מצוין כאברהם ב"ר יעקב ב"ר דניאל לוי רופא, והכלה היא חנה בת ישועה ב"ר יוסף. למרבה המזל, שרד מסמך נישואים נוסף של בני הזוג הללו הנושא תאריך מובהק, ובעזרתו ניתן לתארך את המסמך הנוכחי לסביבות 1759 לסה"נ. על הסכם הגירושין המותנה חתום כעד שלמה ב"ר משה רופא, המכונה צעיר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Karaite agreement to give a bill of divorce in case the husband will be absent for more than one year. Undated, perhaps because this document was cut from a larger piece of paper that did include dated entries. There is a small amount of broken text visible along the upper border, which also raises the possibility that the paper was recycled. The husband is listed as Avraham b. Yaʿaqov b. Daniel Levi Rofe and the bride, Hana bt. Yeshūʿa b. Yosef. Fortunately, another marital document survives from this couple that is definitively dated (Yevr. II A 1241/10), which helps to date Yevr.-Arab. II 1552 as c. 1759 CE. The conditional divorce agreement was witnessed by Shelomo b. Moshe Rofe aka Ṣaʿīr. MCD.
