מכתב מחוק שבו אדם מודיע לאמו שייפוי הכוח שנתנה לו התברר כבלתי תקף. הוא מאיץ בה לפנות אל עלון החבר ולהשיג ממנו כתב ייפוי כוח תקף, שיוצא על ידה ועל ידי מחפוז', ולשלוח אותו אליו. ייפוי הכוח אמור להעניק את הסמכות לו, לאחיו ולאבו סעיד עמרם בן משה הלוי. בצדו האחורי של המסמך מופיעה הכתובת בכתב ערבי. Princeton Geniza Project description: Effaced letter in which a man informs his mother that the power of attorney she gave him proved to be invalid. He urges her to go to ʿAllūn al-Ḥaver and obtain and send him a valid writ, issued by her and by Maḥfūẓ, which gives power of attorney to him, his brother and Abū Saʿīd ʿAmram b. Moshe ha-Levi.
