כתובה מקהיר משנת 1821/2 לסה"נ (התקפ"ב לבריאת העולם), עבור אליהו אמריו בן יעקב. סכום הכתובה הכולל הוא 750 גרוש אסעדי. בפינה הימנית העליונה של המסמך ניכר נזק מים נרחב. הכותרת בראש הכתובה לקוחה מספר משלי י"ח כ"ב: "מצא אשה מצא טוב". הסופר מאיר בן-נעים חתם הן כעד והן בשם החתן. מתחת לחתימת העד השני, יוסף סבאבא(?), נרשם על ידי מאיר כי האחרון הוא "מביירות".
Princeton Geniza Project description: Ketubba dated 1821/2 CE (5582 AM) from Cairo, for Eliyyahu Amaryo b. Yaʿaqov. The total of the ketubba is 750 esedi gurush. There is extensive water damage to the upper right corner of the document. The upper heading is from Proverbs 18:22: "He who finds a wife has found happiness" (JPS translation). The scribe Meʾīr Ben-Naʿīm signed as a witness and on behalf of the groom. Below the second witness signature, of Yosef Sababa(?), is listed as Meʾīr has written that the latter is "from Beirut." MCD.
