החלק התחתון של כתובה מעוטרת. מקום: רשיד (רוזטה), שורה 2. תיארוך: סוף המאה ה-18 על סמך חתימתו של אהרן טַוִיל, שחתם בשם החתן. חתימתו של טויל מוכרת ממגוון מסמכים משפטיים מתוארכים שנערכו ברשיד בשנות ה-80 של המאה ה-18, שם שימש ככל הנראה כסופר בית דין ו/או כדיין. שמה המלא של הכלה אבד בשל נזק: _____[?] בת יעקב חסון. שם החתן הוא כנראה משה ישראל, אך מאחר ששרד מעט מאוד טקסט בשורה השלישית, ייתכן שזהו למעשה שם אביו של החתן. סכום הכתובה הכולל הוא 36,000 מֵדִין. החתימה השנייה (האלגנטית) בחלקו התחתון של המסמך היא של משה בן-רובי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bottom part of an illuminated ketubba. Location: Rashid (Rosetta), l. 2. Dating: late 18th century based on the presence of Aharon Ṭawīl's signature, where he has signed on behalf of the groom. Ṭawīl's signature is known from a variety of dated legal documents issued in Rashid during the 1780s, where he probably served as a court scribe and/or dayyan: ENA 3306.1 (PGPID 12852), ENA 3306.2 (PGPID 12853), and ENA 3306.6 (PGPID 12856). The bride's full name is lost to damage: _____[?] bt. Yaʿaqov Ḥasūn. The groom's name likely Moshe Yisraʾel, however there's very little text available from line three so this in fact be his the groom's father's name. The total ketubba valuation is 36,000 medin. The second (elegant) signature along the lower portion of the document is that of Moshe Ben-Rūbī. MCD.
