כתובה הכוללת רשימה של תכשיטים שכנראה מתוצרת סוריה־ארץ ישראל, שעתידים להימכר על ידי שמואל בן חסן חודשיים לאחר חתימת המסמך. החתומים הם יצחק בן משה, שימי הלוי ואברהם הלוי. המסמך נערך בדמשק, סביב שנת 984 לסה"נ. בצד האחורי מופיע רישום בכתב ערבי: "מה שחייב יוסף אבן אלמצרי", ולאחריו שלוש שורות של חשבונות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Marriage contract containing a list of jewelry apparently of Syro-Palestinian manufacture, to be sold by Shemuel b. Ḥasan two months after the signing of this document by Yiṣḥaq b. Moshe, Shimi ha-Levi, and Avraham ha-Levi. Drafted in Damascus, ca. 984 CE. On verso there is a note in Arabic script "that which is owed by Yūsuf Ibn al-Miṣrī" followed by three lines of accounts.
