טיוטה של סיפור מקרה, ככל הנראה לקראת ניסוח של פרוטוקול בית דין. המסמך מתאר סכסוך ירושה הנוגע לשני אחים ושתי אחיות. אחת האחיות הייתה נשואה לדוד מצד האב של התובע, ולאחר מותם של בני הזוג שמרה כל אחת משתי בנותיהם סכום של אלף דינרים מן העיזבון, והעבירה את היתרה לדודתן מצד האם. הדודה נישאה לאחר מכן לאיש שהיו לו בנים מנישואים קודמים, ולטענה מסוימת אף היה חייב להם כספים. הוא הלך לעולמו לפני אשתו, וכתוצאה מכך התגלגל הליך משפטי ארוך ומורכב. לפי גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Outline of a story probably intended to be written up as a court record. Describing an inheritance dispute concerning two brothers and two sisters. One sister was married to the paternal uncle of the claimant, and after she and her husband died, each of their two daughters retained one thousand dinars from the estate and gave the rest to their maternal aunt. She then married a man with sons from a previous marriage to whom he allegedly owed money. He passed away before his wife, resulting in a long and complicated legal process. (S. D.
