כתובה הכתובה על קלף, מקהיר. מתוארכת ליום שישי, כ"ט באדר ב' ה'תקנ"ו, הוא 8 באפריל 1796. החתן: יהודה מרקאדו. הכלה: שרה בת יצחק סֻכַּרִי. למסמך מסגרת מעוטרת בצבעים. על אף הנזק שנגרם לכתובה, ברור כי שרה הביאה עמה לנישואין נדוניה מכובדת (רשימת הנדוניה משתרעת על פני שמונה שורות לפחות). בין הפריטים המוזכרים: כיסוי ראש (גטא ראס), בד סאטן הודי (אטלס הנדי), וכריות מתקפלות/מתגלגלות (מסאנד).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Marriage contract recorded on parchment. Location: Cairo. Dated: Friday, 29 Adar II 5556 AM = 8 April 1796 CE. Groom: Yehuda Mercado. Bride: Sara bt. Yiṣḥaq Sukkarī. There is a colorful frame. Despite the level of damage sustained to the document it is clear that Sara brought a substantial trousseau to the marriage (the dowry list spans at least 8 lines). Among the items mentioned, there is reference to: head cover (גטא ראס), Indian satin cloth (אטלס הנדי), and folding/roll-up pillows (מסאנד). MCD.
