Princeton Geniza Project description: Ottoman-era iqrār document, in Arabic script. al-Ḥāj Muḥammad and Muḥammad al-Shaykh, both of whom reside in Alexandria acknowledge to pay the bureau of tax looms in Alexandria the sum of sixteen thousand one hundred and seven Kurūş Rūmī and 12 half silvers after 91 days from 5 Rajab 1238, which was the day the document was commissioned.
