מכתב בכתב ידו של שמואל בן נתן אל דיין סייר (לפי כרטיסיות גויטיין). תשעה אנשים הנזכרים בשמותיהם משמשים כוועדת בוררות, ובראשם דיין סייר שנשלח מן הבירה. הדיין הסייר קיבל הנחיה מן הממונה עליו לנסות להכריע על פי הדין רק אם הליך הבוררות ייכשל. נכתב בדמירה, מתוארך לשנת 1150 לערך בקירוב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter in the hand of Shemuel b. Natan to a circuit judge (Goitein's index cards). Nine persons mentioned by name acting as a board of arbitration with a circuit judge sent from the capital presiding.
