צד שני: פתק בכתב ערבי למישהו המוכתר כאַלְ-שַׁיְח' אַלְ-מֻוַפַּק. מזכיר את נושא הפתק עִמְרָן, שני בתים (עַן אַלְ-דָּארַיְן אַלְ-מֻכְ'תַצַּה בִּ-[...]), מסגד אַלְ-קֻבָּה (מסגד בקַסְר אַלְ-שַׁמְע) ובַהָאדֻר(?) ב. צַדַקָה. תיארוך: ככל הנראה המאה ה-12 או ה-13. דרוש בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Note in Arabic script to someone addressed as al-Shaykh al-Muwaffaq. Mentions the bearer ʿImrān, two houses (ʿan al-dārayn al-mukhtaṣṣa bi-[...]), Masjid al-Qubba (a mosque in Qasr al-Shamʿ) and Bahādur(?) b. Ṣadaqa. Dating: Probably 12th or 13th century. Needs further examination.
