קטע משטר מכר על מחציתו של בית חרושת לסוכר (אלדאר אלסכרייה) במניית זפתא. תיארוך משוער: המאה ה-12 לערך. אחד מגבולות הנכס הנמכר הוא נכס אחר המוחזק בשותפות בין "בן הרב" לבין קאדי. אחד הצדדים לעסקה הוא אבו אלמרג'א סאלם. נכסים שכנים נוספים מזוהים בשמותיהם של יורשי חסין בן אבראהים אלמערי, ושל סאלם אבן אלאשקר. בצד האחורי נרשמו חשבונות ארעיים בכתב ערבי ובספרות יווניות/קופטיות, ובהם אזכור של חיטה. Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment of a deed of sale for one half of a sugar factory (al-Dār al-Sukkariyya) in Minyat Zifta. Dating: probably ca. 12th century. One of the boundaries of the property is another property held in partnership between "the son of the Rav" and a qāḍī. One of the parties is Abū l-Murajjā Sālim. Other neighboring properties are known by the names of the heirs of Ḥusayn b. Ibrāhīm al-Maʿarrī; and Sālim Ibn al-Ashqar.
