מסמך משפטי בעברית, ייתכן שמדובר בטיוטה או בראשית העתקה. במסמך מצהירה אישה, ככל הנראה ג'והרה בת מחפוט' (ששמה מופיע בראש הדף), כי בעלה עבאס בן ח'לף הידוע בכינוי אבן אלזעתר נטש אותה כאשר יצא לחו"ל לפני שמונה שנים אל ארץ ישראל. ברשותה עדים התומכים בטענתה. תאריך המסמך: יום שני, ג' בתשרי, השנה אינה מצוינת. מלבד שמותיהם של ג'והרה ועבאס, מופיעים בראש הדף גם השם דוד בן סלמאן והביטוי "8 שנים" מתוך גוף המסמך. ראו להשוואה את רשימת חלוקת הצדקה שבה מקבלת "אשת עבאס" מנה. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in Hebrew, perhaps a draft or beginning of a copy. In a which a woman, possibly Jawhara bt. Maḥfūẓ (whose name appears at the top), declares that her husband ʿAbbās b. Khalaf known as Ibn al-Zaʿtar abandoned her when he travelled abroad eight years ago to the land of Israel. She has witnesses to support her claim. Dated: Monday, 3 Tishrei, year unspecified. Apart from the names of Jawhara and ʿAbbās, the name David b. Salmān and the phrase from the document "8 years" also appear at the top. Cf. the alms list T-S 18J2.4 (PGPID 4575) in which "the wife of ʿAbbās" receives a distribution.
