רקטו: עמוד מחיבור רפואי בערבית יהודית, הפרק על כאב ראש. בכתב ידו של הסופר שלמה בן שמואל בן סעדיה הלוי (פעיל עד כ-1231 לספירה). ורסו: באותו כתב יד, ניסיונות עט כולל 'החלק השלישי של מורה הנבוכים לרבנו משה זצ'ל'. שלמה ידוע ממכתבי יד אחרים כאחד המעתיקים הראשונים של המורה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Page from a medical treatise in Judaeo-Arabic, the chapter on headache. In the hand of the scribe Shelomo b. Shemuel b. Saʿadya ha-Levi (active until ca. 1231 CE). Verso: In the same hand, pen trials including "the third part of the Guide for the Perplexed by Rabbenu Moshe זצ״ל." Shelomo is known from other manuscripts to have been among the first copyists of the Guide.
