שני קטעים מטיוטה של מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל 1100–1138 לסה"נ). החיבור בין שני הקטעים אינו ישיר. עדות הנוגעת לצוואתו או לעיזבונו של אליה בן שלחיה (ראו עליו גם בקטעים נוספים המאוזכרים במחקר). העדים הם מנחם התלמיד היקר בן [...] והחזן אבו אלפצ'ל בן [...] הלוי המלמד. תיאור נוסף מאותו מסמך: קטע משפטי (פינה שמאלית עליונה). בערבית-יהודית. בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל 1100–1138 לסה"נ). מזכיר את [...] בן שמואל ואת [...] בן משה. מדובר בצוואה או בהסדרים שנערכו לאחר פטירתו של אדם.

Testimony concerning the will or estate of Eliyya b. Shelaḥya (on whom see T-S 8J11.12 (PGPID 16210) and the shelfmarks cited there). The witnesses are Menaḥem ha-Talmid ha-Yaqar b.
