ורסו: מרשם רפואי (נוסכ'ה לל-ח'יאלאת) המכיל שנים עשר מרכיבים, יחד עם רשומה של ארבעה תרומות שהתקבלו בפסיקה מתוארכת ל-1225/26 לספירה (1537 לספירת שטרות). אולי בכתב ידו של משה בן פרחיה בן יג'ו (הנמען של המכתב ברקטו).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Medical prescription (nuskha lil-khayālāt) containing twelve ingredients, along with a record of four donations received in a pesiqa dated 1225/26 CE (1537 Seleucid). Possibly in the hand of Moshe b. Peraḥya ben Yiju (the addressee of the letter on recto).
