מסמך נראה רשמי בכתב ערבי, אולי סוג של קבלה מסחרית או שטר מטען. בפינה השמאלית העליונה: 'למוחמד בן אחמד(?) אל-טוסי(?)'. הטריגר עשוי להיות 'חומילה'. אולי מזכיר תבלינים (סקט). ישנן כמויות שונות הנקובות. בתחתית העמוד חמדלה וצלוולה. דרוש בדיקה. בורסו, מלבד ניסיונות עט, ישנן מילים אחדות בערבית-יהודית שאולי קשורות (פתק תיוק?): מן אל גירנא(?) כתאב תולא לנא כחוזק.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Official-looking document in Arabic script, maybe some kind of commercial receipt or bill of lading. At the upper left corner: "for Muḥammad b. Aḥmad(?) al-Ṭūsī(?)." The trigger may be "ḥumila." May mentions spices (saqaṭ). There are various quantities named. At the bottom fo the page a ḥamdala and ṣalwala. Needs examination. On verso, apart from some pen trials, there are a few words in Judaeo-Arabic which might be related (filing note?): מן אל גירנא(?) כתאב תולא לנא כחוזק.
