מכתב פגוע בעברית, עם כמה שורות בלבד שנשמרו. תיארוך: מהמאה ה-16 ואילך בהתבסס על הפליאוגרפיה. בהתבסס על התארים בכתובת המכתב, הוא נשלח כנראה למנהיג רבני. חלק הטקסט השמור מזכיר את השמות: משה אלמדוס[?] וחביב/חביב בן-אלחמ[?].
Princeton Geniza Project description: Damaged letter in Hebrew, with only a few lines preserved. Dating: 16th-century or later based on the paleography. Based on the honorifics in the letter's address, it was likely sent to a rabbinic leader. The portion of the text that is preserved mentions the names: Moshe Almados[?] and Ḥabīb/Ḥavīv Ben-Alḥam_[?].
