Princeton Geniza Project description: Judaeo-Greek and Coptic language exercises. Dating: circa 11th century CE, though the Coptic script may be older or newer. First identified as alphabetic by Bohak. This fascinating fragment contains a transliterated listing of Greek letters in Hebrew script, an extensive Judaeo-Greek syllabary, and two Coptic abecedaria. Though complicated by scribal errors, these exercises are a unique source of information on the linguistic evolution of Judaeo-Arabic, Greek, and Coptic. (Information from Krivoruchko)
