מסמך משפטי. הסכם שותפות לתקופה של שנה אחת, בין אישה בשם סִרְוָה — שאמורה לקבל שליש מכלל הרווחים — לבין גבר בשם תַּמִים אלכהן אלזיאת (?). הצד השני של הקלף נעשה בו שימוש חוזר עבור מספר גושי טקסט נפרדים. הבולט שבהם הוא רשימת חשבונות, ובה אזכור של פריטים כגון מנדיל דביקי ואבריק לצד סכומים בדינרים. בכיוון של 90 מעלות, ומחוק חלקית, מופיע השם שמואל בן סעדיה (?) הלוי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Partnership agreement. The partnership is to last one year and the parties include a woman named Sirwa -- who is to receive a third of all profits -- and a man named Tamīm al-Kohen al-Zayyāt(?). Reused on verso for several different text blocks. The most substantial is a list of accounts, mentioning items such as a mandīl dabīqī and an ibrīq with sums of dinars. At 90 degrees and partially crossed out there is the name of Shemuʾel b. Saʿadya(?) ha-Levi.
