צילום של שטר מבית דין מוסלמי, שבו מאשר הקאדי של ירושלים את אמיתות תוכנו (התוכן עצמו אינו מפורט). תאריך המסמך הוא י"א בשעבאן 970 להג'רה (5.4.1563), ותאריך זה זהה למסמך אחר בקטלוג (PGPID 40644). ייתכן שצילום זה הוא של צדו האחורי של אותו מסמך. בשולי המסמך הימניים מופיע אישור נוסף לאמיתות התעודה מטעם מושל דמשק וכמה עדים, ואישור זה נושא את התאריך ב' ברמדאן 970 (25.4.1563). מקומו הנוכחי של המסמך המקורי, וכן הדרך שבה הגיע הצילום או מקור הגעתו, אינם ידועים בשלב זה. המסמך ותוכנו הוזכרו במהלך סכסוך על השליטה בהקדשות הקראים בירושלים בשנות השלושים של המאה העשרים, כפי שנידון בספרו של יוסף אלגמיל "תולדות הקראים" (כרך ב', עמ' 337-365). התיק כולל, מלבד הצילום, גם תרגום מלא לעברית המאושר על ידי נוטריון ישראלי (משנת 1976) ונושא חותמת של "העדה הקראית בישראל".

Princeton Geniza Project description: A photocopy of a Muslim court deed in which the Jerusalem judge confirms the veracity of content not specified. The date of the document is 11th of Shaʿbān 970 AH (5.4.1563 CE), which is the same as PGPID 40644. This shelfmark might be the photocopy of the back side of that document. It is further authenticated by the governor of Damascus and several witnesses, as is written on its right margins. This confirmation dates to 2nd of Ramaḍān 970 (25.4.1563 CE). Current location of the original document, or how or from where its photocopy arrived the NLI, are unknown at the moment. The document and its content were mentioned during a conflict over control of Qaraite endowments in Jerusalem during the 1930's, as is discussed in Yosef Algamil's book 'History of the Qaraites' [Hebrew], vol. II, pp. 337-365.
