Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#4) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 2v-3r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 10 Sivan 5320 AM (1560 CE). Betrothal deed of Nisb bt. Yahūda b. Moshe ha-Levi and Yeshūʿa b. Eliyahu b. Moshe ha-Levi. The groom's marital payments are: 50 kesif + 17 peraḥīm + 20 peraḥīm. Among the various conditions the couple agrees upon, the groom takes an oath on the B[lessed] N[ame] not to leave Cairo without Nisb's permission. MCD.
