רישום משפטי (מס' 15) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (בדף 6v). הרישום אינו מתוארך, אך ככל הנראה נכתב בסביבות שנת 1560 לסה"נ על פי התאריכים ברישומים סמוכים בפנקס. עבד אלרחים בן דוד פיירוז משלם דמי שכירות עבור מקום מגוריו, נכס המוחזק בקודש הקהילתי. מבנה התשלום מביא בחשבון את הוצאות האחזקה והשיפוץ של הנכס שעבד אלרחים נושא בהן. בעמוד הבא של פנקס בית הדין הוא מופיע ברשימת תושבי נכסי הקודש הקהילתי (בשורות 19–20).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#15) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 6v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Undated, but likely c. 1560 CE based on the dates in neighboring entries from the court register. ʿAbd al-Raḥīm b. David Fayruz makes a rental payment on his residence, which is held in the communal qodesh. The payment structure factors in ʿAbd al-Raḥīm's maintenance/upkeep costs for the property. On the next page of the court register he is listed as one of the residents of the communal qodesh: PGPID 41042 ll. 19-20. MCD.
