Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#129) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 42r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Date lost to damage but the previous entry in the court register is from 2 Elul 5329 AM (1569 CE). Incomplete legal record in which ʿAbd al-Karīm [...] drops his claim[?] to the remainder of the twenty gold coins owed in connection with a specific property and Ibrahīm [...]. Due to the level of damage the exact details of the legal case are unclear but the property in question may be related to Karaite synagogues based on the interlinear addition in line 2. MCD.
