Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#131) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 42v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated: 29 Elul 5329 AM (1569 CE). Farjallah b. ʿAbd al-Bāqī al-Levi testifies that he henceforth forfeits his rights to the waqf property known as "Sidī Yasīn and Sidī ʿArafāt" and agrees not to transact with it nor reside there. Farjallah agrees specifically not to transact with Moshe al-Dammūhī (a Rabbanite Jew) and, generally, not to do so with any Rabbanite Jew, Karaite Jew, or Muslim. MCD.
