קטע משפטי, ככל הנראה בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה. שטר מתנה, או אפשרות אחרת — ייפוי כוח הממנה את אבו אלפצ'ל לגבות את הכספים ו/או הסחורות הנזכרים במסמך. נזכרים בו 17 דינרים, שהם יתרת תמורתו של הרֻבּע (בית או מתחם מגורים), וכן צֻנדוּק (תיבה), כלים לאריגת משי, ושישה מסרקים (האמשאטי, כלומר 'יצרן המסרקים', היה שם משפחה יהודי נפוץ בקרב בני המעמד האמיד). חלק מהמידע מבוסס על גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal fragment. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe? Deed of gift, or possibly a power of attorney appointing Abu l-Faḍl to collect the money and/or goods mentioned. Mentions 17 dinars which is the balance of the value of the rubʿ (house or compound), a box (ṣundūq), implements for silk weaving, and six combs (Amshāṭī, 'comb-maker', was a common Jewish family name of well-to-do people).
