מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה. נערך תחת סמכותו של הנגיד משה בן מבורך (בערך 1112–1126 לסה"נ). זוהי עדות שנמסרה בפני שני הדיינים הקבועים בפוסטאט, אשר מונו בידי הנגיד המנוח מבורך בן סעדיה ובידי בנו משה (לדוגמאות דומות, ראו כהן). העדות עוסקת בהסדרים כספיים לאחר מותו של אבו אלפצ'ל עמרם בן רחמים. נזכרים בה: קהל פוסטאט המבורך; אישה ששילמה סכום גדול מכספה הפרטי; אמו של אבו אלפצ'ל שהיא אלמנה; אלרייס אלג'ליל יצחק בן שמחה אלנישאבורי; נתנאל השר; 20 דינרים, עִמארה (תיקונים) וחתיכת ענבר. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Drawn up under the authority of the Nagid Moshe b. Mevorakh (ca. 1112–26 CE). It is a testimony that was delivered before the two permanent judges in Fustat who were appointed by the late Nagid Mevorakh b. Seʿadya and by his son Moshe (for similar examples, see Cohen, Jewish Self-Government, p. 275 note 13). Concerning financial settlements after the death of Abū l-Faḍl ʿAmram b. Raḥamim. Mentions the blessed congregation of Fustat; a woman who paid a large sum out of her own money; the mother of Abū l-Faḍl who is a widow; al-Rayyis al-Jalīl Yiṣḥaq b.
