דין וחשבון על תיקונים שנערכו בבית, בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לספירה). גרסה קודמת של תיאור השמורה ציינה טווח תאריכים של 1127–1139 לספירה לערך — הערכה המבוססת ככל הנראה על תקופת כהונתו של מצליח גאון — אולם נדרש אימות והבהרה נוספים בשאלה כיצד בדיוק הקטע מתייחס לרשותו של אותו גאון.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Account of repairs of a house, written by Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100-1138 CE). A previous version of this shelfmark description listed the date range ca. 1127–39 CE, an estimate presumably based on the reign of Maṣliaḥ Gaʾon– but further verification/explication is needed as to how this fragment references his reshut.
