מכתב מאת שמואל בן חפני אל שמריה בן מצליח, ככל הנראה אביו של אפרים בן שמריה, מנהיג הקהילה היהודית הארץ-ישראלית בפוסטאט במחצית הראשונה של המאה ה-11. השתמרו רק חלק מן הפתיחה בצד הפנים (recto) והכתובת בצד האחור (verso). המידע מבוסס על גיל, מלכות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Shemuel b. Ḥofni to Shemarya b. Maṣliaḥ, probably the father of Efrayim b. Shemarya, the leader of the Palestinian Jewish community in Fustat in the first half of the 11th century. Only part of the introduction on recto and the address on verso have been preserved.
