שטר משפטי שנכתב באלכסנדריה ומתוארך לשנת ד'תתמ"ט לבריאת העולם (1088/89 לסה"נ). בשטר מופיעה אישה שזהותה אומתה בבית הדין על ידי עלי הכהן, והיא ממנה שליח (וכיל) לתבוע מבעלה מזונות, שכן ילדיה היו ללא מזון וללא ביגוד. חתומים על השטר שלה בן מבשר ומריות בן יוסף הכהן אב הישיבה. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal deed. Location: Alexandria. Dated: 4849 AM = 1088/89 CE. In which a woman, whose identity is established in court by ʿEli ha-Kohen, appoints an agent (wakīl) to demand support from her husband, for her children were without food and clothing.
