שטר חכירה של בית. המקום: פוסטאט. התאריך: יום חמישי, ה' בתמוז שנת אלף שלוש מאות שמונים ושבע למניין השטרות = 9 ביוני 1076. הצדדים הם ססון בן נתן ושלה בן שלמה אבן אלקטאאיף. החתומים: מנשה בן יעקב, משה בן שלמה, וע'אלב בן חלפון. הבית ממוקם בשכונת אלמצאצה בזקאק מרזבאן. שלה מחכיר שלושה רבעים מהבתים הסמוכים לססון בן נתן למשך 12 חודשים, החל מאב 1076, תמורת 4.5 דינרים המשולמים מראש. הרבע הנותר של הבית היה בבעלות ססון. קודם לכן עמד שלה כערב על סכום של 20 דינרים שססון היה חייב, ומחובה זו הוא משוחרר כעת. אותו בית מופיע גם במסמך נוסף (PGPID 7492).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Deed for the lease of a house. Location: Fustat Dated: Thursday, 5 Tammuz 1387 Seleucid = 9 June 1076 CE. The parties are Sason b. Natan and Shela b. Shelomo Ibn al-Qaṭāʾif. Signed by Menashshe b. Yaʿaqov, Moshe b. Shelomo, and Ghālib b. Ḥalfon. The house is located in the al-Maṣāṣa neighborhood in Zuqāq Marzubān. Shela leases 3/4 of the adjacent houses to Sason b. Natan for 12 months, beginning with Av 1076 CE, against 4.5 dinars paid in advance. Sason owned the other 1/4 of the house. Before, Shela had stood security for 20 dinars which Sason owed and from which obligation he is now freed. The same house appears in T-S 16.356 (PGPID 7492).
