בצד האחורי: רשומת בית דין. מתוארך: יום ראשון, י"ב בחשוון א'תס"א למניין השטרות, שהם שנת 1149. לא שלם. בו מעיד סייד אלאהל ששמע את אבו אלפרג' מבקש מאבו אסחאק בן אלשופט מעט חיטה מן המחסן (מח'זן), ועל המחלוקת שפרצה בעקבות כך.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Court record. Dated: Sunday, 12 Ḥeshvan 1461 Seleucid, which is 1149 CE. Incomplete. In which Sayyid al-Ahl testifies that he heard Abū l-Faraj ask Abū Isḥāq b. al-Shofeṭ for some wheat from the storehouse (makhzan) and the dispute over this that ensued.
