שריד של מכתב הממוען "לחברי הקהילה הקדושה הנכבדים היושבים ב[...]". הנייר שמור כמעט במלואו, אך הטקסט דהוי כמעט עד כדי בלתי קריא. בין הביטויים הבודדים שניתן לפענח: "...שינו את מנהגי בני... הושענא (רבה?)... הקהל, החרימו... ישראל... אלא [ע]בר לרמלה... ספר תורה...". האזכור של רמלה ושל סכסוך סביב שינוי מנהגים והטלת חרם רומז להקשר של מחלוקת קהילתית, אפשר שעל רקע מנהגי תפילה או לוח. Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter fragment addressed "to the esteemed members of the holy community who live in [...]." The paper is almost entirely preserved, but the text is nearly too faded to read. Isolated phrases: "...they changed the traditions of the people of... Hoshaʿna (Rabba?)... the congregation, they excommunicated... Israel... rather it/he [m]oved to Ramla... a Torah scroll...." (Information in part from CUDL.)
