ורסו: פקודה אוטוגרפית בכתב ידו של אברהם בן הרמב"ם (כיהן בשנים 1205–1237 לסה"נ). אבו אלמג'ד נדרש לתת למוסר הפתק, ר' יפתח, את 12.5 הדרהמים המגיעים לו כתמיכה (מזונות) עבור 5 שבועות. המסמך כולל פקודות תשלום קטנות בכתב יד, חלקן בעברית וחלקן בכתב ערבי, עבור תשלומים חודשיים, המשולמים מתוך הכנסות שכר הדירה של ההקדש (וקף) "חצר העניים" או מתוך ההקדש שייסד הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל הפקודות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ שנת 1218. בסך הכול מתוארכים המסמכים לתקופה שבין 1210 ל-1225.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Autograph order in the hand of Avraham Maimonides (r. 1205–1237 CE). Abū l-Majd is to give the bearer, R. Yiftaḥ, the 12.5 dirhams due to him as support (mezonot) for 5 weeks. T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
