Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment of a letter from Efrayim b. Shemarya, around 1030 CE. Writes about the recent events in Mount of Olives (communal dispute of Hoshaʿna Rabba in 1029), and some words about the resulting ban on the Karaites and the authorities' response, that is known from Shelomo b.
