בצד ה-verso: הוראות ליטורגיות קראיות לשילוב תפילת אזכרה לכמה מנשיאי הקראים, "אחר השלמת התפילה לענן כמנהג". בין הנשיאים שנפטרים נזכרים שלמה, דוד בן צמח, יאשיהו, ובעז שמת על קידוש השם. לאחר ברכת המתים באות ברכות לשלומם ולהצלחתם של הנשיא חזקיה (יורשו של יאשיהו) וגם של הנשיא דוד בן יאשיהו. ההתחלה והסוף חסרים. Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Qaraite liturgical instructions for inserting a memorial prayer for several Qaraite leaders (Nesiʾim), "after the completion of the prayer for ʿAnan as is customary." Among the deceased Nesiʾim are Shelomo, David b. Ṣemaḥ, Yoshiyyahu, and the martyred Boʿaz. The blessing for the dead is followed by blessings for the wellbeing and prosperity of the (living), Nasi Ḥizqiyya (the successor of Yoshiyyahu) as well as for the Nasi David b. Yoshiyyahu.
