שטר נישואין. כתובה קרועה ופגומה. כוללת מספר שורות מתוך רשימת הנדוניה, תניית המונוגמיה (שבועת הבעל שלא לשאת אישה נוספת), תניית הנאמנות, וכן התניה בדבר חובת הטבילה של הכלה לאחר הנידה — תקנה שהנהיג הרמב"ם בשנת 1176 (ראו מ"ע פרידמן, "מציאויות חברתיות במצרים ופסיקת הרמב"ם בענייני משפחה", בתוך: הרמב"ם כמחוקק של הלכה יהודית, בעריכת נ' רקובר, ירושלים 1987, עמ' 230). בצדו האחורי של המסמך שרידי קישוט צבעוני. השפות: עברית, ארמית וערבית-יהודית. תיארוך: לאחר 1176.
