חשבון לחודשים שבט ואדר שנת 1495 למניין השטרות (בערך 1184). דף בודד מתוך פנקסו של שמואל בן סעדיה, כתוב בשני טורים. רשימת הכנסות פותחת את הטור הראשון וממשיכה אל החלק העליון של הטור השני, ולאחריה רשימת הוצאות. השתמרו 19 פריטי הכנסה, ובסיכום של שני החודשים מופיע סך של 441.5. לפי גיל.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Account for Shevat and Adar 1495 sel. ca. 1184. This is a single leaf from the notebook of Shemuel b. Saadya, written in two columns. A revenue list beginning in the first column continues in the upper part of the second one, and is followed by a list of expenditures.
