מכתב מסעדיה בן אברהם, בחברון, אל ישועה בן יכין (המכונה גם ישועה בן ת'אבת), בפוסטאט. תיארוך: בקירוב 1080 לסה"נ לפי גיל, או 1075 לסה"נ לפי גויטיין. השולח מודה לנמען ומיידע אותו כי בנו יגיע אליו עם גבינה שהוכנה בטהרה ובניקיון, ומבקש את עזרתו במכירתה. סעדיה מדווח כי התפלל למען אלמנת הנגיד (יהודה בן סעדיה), אִמו של סעדיה השני.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Saʿadya b. Avraham, in Ḥevron, to Yeshuʿa b. Yakhin (aka Yeshuʿa b. Thābit), in Fustat. Dating: ca. 1080 CE (Gil) or 1075 CE (Goitein). The sender thanks the addressee and informs him that his son would come with cheese prepared both in purity and cleanliness and asks his assistance in selling it. Saʿadya reports that he prayed for the widow of the Nagid (Yehuda b. Saʿadya), the mother of Saʿadya II. (Information from Gil and from Goitein's index card.)
