יישוב של סכסוך בין בני זוג. בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (1100–1138), ומתקופת כהונתו של מצליח גאון (1127–1139). המסמך מפרט תנאים רבים שהבעל מתחייב לעמוד בהם, ומה יקרה אם יפר אותם — עליו יהיה לגרש את אשתו ולשלם לה את כתובתה במלואה. בין התנאים: שיביא אותה להתגורר בשכונה של יהודים. בנקודה מסוימת מוזכרות "שתי נשים מן השכנות" בהקשר של תפיסתו מתעלל בה פיזית או מילולית; ככל הנראה, עדותן של שתי נשים תיחשב לצורך הוכחת הפרת התנאים בחוזה. לאחר מושב בית הדין (וכ'רג' מן אלמושב), הלך הבעל ועבר עם אשתו להתגורר ליד מעונו של אלחסן יוסף הלוי, ברובע אלממצוצה שבפוסטאט, בדירות (טבאק) שבהן התגורר בעבר אבו אלמנא אלטביב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Settlement of a marital dispute. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (1100–38) and from the period of Maṣliaḥ Gaʾon (1127–39). Lists numerous conditions that the husband will comply with and how he will have to divorce his wife and pay her ketubba in full if he violates these conditions. They include that he will bring her to live in a neighborhood of Jews. At one point mentions "two women from among the neighbors" in the context of catching him abusing her physically or verbally; evidently the testimony of two women will count in terms of proving that he has violated the contract. After the court session (wa-kharaja min al-moshav), he went and moved with his wife to near the dwelling of al-Ḥasan Yosef ha-Levi, in the al-Mamṣūṣa quarter of Fustat, in the apartments (ṭibāq) where Abū l-Munā al-Ṭabīb used to live.
