חשבונות קהילתיים, ככל הנראה מראשית המאה ה-13. המונחים 'ג'באיה' (גבייה) ו'ג'אבי' (גובה) מוזכרים בו מספר פעמים. בין הפריטים ברישומים: אתרוגים והדסים (לסוכות), השמש (ח'אדם) של דמוה, פינוי אשפה (רמי תראב), ופאא אל-[...], פרג'אללה, מס הגולגולת (אל-ג'ואלי) עבור הזר מדמשק (ללע'ריב אל-דמשקי), אבן שרויל או סרויל; תחת הכותרת 'מזונות' (חלוקת מזון) מופיעים שמות ובהם הילאל. כן מוזכרים יפתח החזן והשמש, והילאל אחיו של בו אלמג'ד החזן (= ככל הנראה מאיר בן יכין). בצד השני (verso): חשבונות בערבית. Princeton Geniza Project description: Communal accounts, probably from the early 13th century. Mentions the terms 'jibāya' (collection) and "jābī' (collector) several times. Entries include citrons and myrtle (for sukkot), the beadle (khādim) of Dammūh, trash collection (ramy turāb), Wafāʾ al-[...], Farajallāh, capitation taxes (al-jawālī) for the foreigner from Damascus (lil-gharīb al-Dimashqī); Ibn Sharwīl or Sarwīl; under the header 'mezonot' (food distribution), names include Hilāl.
