מסמך משפטי נכתב וחתום על ידי יהודה בן טוביהו (מוקדם של בלביס, פעיל כ-1170–1220). עוסק ברווחת יתומים ומזכיר קהיר. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר בצד הקדמי לבראשית מ':8–13.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document written and signed by Yehuda b. Ṭuviyyahu (muqaddam of Bilbays, active ca. 1170s–1220). Regarding the welfare of orphans and mentioning Cairo. Also signed by Ṭāhir b. David, and ʿAmram b. Ḥalfon ha-Kohen. Reused on recto for Genesis 40:8-13. (Information in part from CUDL)
