מכתב מברהון בן יצחק התאהרתי, השוהה במהדיה, אל קרוב משפחה צעיר ממנו. נכתב סביב שנת 1050. ברהון מודיע על משלוח סחורות שנמצא בדרכו, מזכיר כי כמה מבני המשפחה שוהים בסוסה, ומביע את נכונותו לשלוח את עצמות אביו לקבורה בירושלים (אביו נפטר בשנת 1049). המידע מבוסס על מחקרו של גיל.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Barhun b. Yiṣḥaq ha-Tāhartī, in al-Mahdiyya, to a younger relative. Around 1050. Barhūn informs that a shipment of goods is on its way, mentions that a few relatives are in Sūsa, and shares his willingness to send his father's bones to Jerusalem (his father died in 1049).
