טיוטה של מכתב בקשה הממוען ל"אדוננו" מבורך בתקופת כהונתו הראשונה, מטעם "הקהילה הקדושה של מליג וחזנה". מן המכתב שרדו רק שבחי הפתיחה ופרטי הנמען בצדו האחורי. בצד האחורי נכתבת כתובת הנמען בשתי שורות, ולצדה ארבע שורות בכתב עברי שנכתבו ביד אחרת ובדיו אחרת, ואשר נמתח עליהן קו מחיקה.
