תקציר של שטר מכר לבית. רובו נכתב בידי חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל 1100–1138), בכתב היד המקושקש ביותר שלו. השורות הראשונות נכתבו בידי סופר אחר, וחלפון בן מנשה השתלט על הכתיבה באמצע משפט. הבית נמצא בפוסטאט, בקצר אלשמע, ברובע זקאק אליהוד (סמטת היהודים). בהמשך מופיע תיאור מפורט של גבולות הבית; אחד מהם הוא ביתו של אבו אלח׳יר אליהודי המכונה אבן אלערקי (אלערקי) — זהו הבית הנזכר במסמך אחר (PGPID 8370). נזכר סכום של 13 (דינרים). התאריך הוא יום רביעי, כ״א בחשוון (האפשרויות הסבירות: 1108, 1111, 1115, 1128 או 1135). קשור למסמך נוסף (PGPID 33870), על פי מידע מעודד צינגר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Digest of a deed of sale for a house. Mostly written by Halfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE) in his worst cursive hand. The first few lines were written by another scribe, and Ḥalfon b. Menashshe took over the writing mid-sentence. The house is in Fustat, in Qaṣr al-Shamʿ, Zuqāq al-Yahūd. There follows a detailed description of its boundaries; one is the house of Abū l-Khayr al-Yahūdī known as Ibn al-ʿIrqī (אלערקי) (this is the house in T-S Misc.28.10 (PGPID 8370)). A sum of 13 (dinars) is mentioned. The date is Wednesday, 21 Ḥeshvan (plausible options: 1108, 1111, 1115, 1128, or 1135). Related to T-S NS J232 (PGPID 33870) (information from Oded Zinger).
