שבר קרוע של חשבונות פיסקאליים, ככל הנראה. מוזכרים בו 'צביעה' (al-ṣibāgh) או 'הכפרים' (al-ḍiyāʿ), ככל הנראה האחרון, 'fī bāb rasm al-ḍiyāʿ', וסכום של 506 דינרים שהשולח גבה מן האיכרים (muzāriʿūn). הוא נקרע ושימש מחדש לאיגרת בלתי רשמית קצרה בכתב ערבי (ראה רשומה נפרדת). בצד הוורסו יש פיוט.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Torn fragment of fiscal accounts, probably. Mentions either "dyeing" (al-ṣibāgh) or "the villages" (al-ḍiyāʿ), likely the latter, "fī bāb rasm al-ḍiyāʿ" and a sum of 506 dinars that the sender collected from the peasants (muzāriʿūn). This has been torn and reused for a brief informal letter in Arabic script (see separate record). On verso there is piyyut.
