מכתב/עצומה המופנה לאברהם מיימוניד, הנושא את התואר 'נגיד', ועל כן מתוארך לאחר שנת 1213 לספירה. בערבית יהודית. השולח מציין כי למד ושינן משהו לראש השנה ביום הראשון וכן את ההפטרה, ומבקש רשות (כנראה לקרוא זאת בתפילות בית הכנסת). בחלק התחתון של הצד הקדמי ובגב נעשה שימוש חוזר לטבלת שמות בכתב ערבי ובערבית יהודית, עם ספרות יווניות/קופטיות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter/petition addressed to the Avraham (Maimonides), with the title "Nagid," thus post-1213 CE. In Judaeo-Arabic. The sender states that he has studied and memorized something for the first day of Rosh Hashana, as well as the hafṭara, and he asks permission (presumably to read it during the synagogue services). Reused at the bottom of recto and on verso for a table of names in both Arabic script and Judaeo-Arabic together with Greek/Coptic numerals.
