פתק בלתי-פורמלי הפנוי לבייאן מסוים. בכתב ערבי, כתוב ביד גסה. מדובר במסר תוקפני בנוגע למשהו שאמר הנמען על קיראט של נוקרא וכיצד הלך השולח לבקש דרהם מפֻּצ'יל שאמר שאין לו כלום. ייתכן שיש איום ללכת אל הוואלי בשורה לפני האחרונה. בצד הרקטו יש פיוט שנכתב על ידי שלמה בן אליה, שחתם את שמו בצד הורסו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Informal note addressed to a certain Bayān. In Arabic script, written in a crude hand (reminiscent of BL OR 5566B.1). It is a belligerent message about something the addressee said about a qīrāṭ of nuqra and how the sender went to request a dirham from Fuḍayl who said he didn't have anything. There may be a threat to go to the wālī in the penultimate line. Needs further examination. On recto there is a piyyut written by Shelomo b. Eliyya, who signed his name on verso.
