תחתית מסמך מדינה בכתב ערבי. שרדו 3 שורות, עם מרווח רחב בין השורות. מצוין תאריך הכתיבה (י"ב בשַׁעְבָּאן, ללא שנה), לאחריו חַמְדָּלָה, צַלְוָלָה וְחַסְבָּלָה. בדף האחורי ישנו פיוט עברי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bottom of a state document in Arabic script. 3 lines preserved, wide space between the lines. Gives the date of writing (12 Shaʿbān, no year), then a ḥamdala, ṣalwala, and ḥasbala. On verso there is Hebrew piyyut.
