מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של יוסף בן שמואל בן סעדיה הלוי. שריד (פינה ימנית תחתונה). המסמך עוסק באבו אלפרג', אשר מאשר את קבלת 10 דינרים מ"אדוננו משה (הרמב"ם)". תיארוך: בקירוב 1168–1204 לסה"נ, על פי השנים שבהן היה הרמב"ם פעיל במצרים. הפרשה קשורה לעדות על מותו של אבו זכרי, ככל הנראה אחיו של אבו אלפרג'. חתום בידי שמואל בן סעדיה הלוי (אביו של הסופר). Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in the hand of Yosef b. Shemuel b. Saʿadya ha-Levi. Fragment (lower right corner). Involving Abū l-Faraj who acknowledges receiving 10 dinars from "our lord Moshe (Maimonides)." Dating: ca. 1168–1204 CE, based on the years when Maimonides was active in Egypt. The case is related to a testimony about the death of Abū Zikrī, probably the brother of Abū l-Faraj. Signed by Shemuel b. Saʿadya ha-Levi (the father of the scribe).
